Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use bitssolutions.co.uk, including disabled people and people who use assistive technology.

Where we stand

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This site has not yet had a formal independent accessibility audit, so we can't say it fully meets that standard. We will update this statement when it has been audited.

What we have done

  • a “Skip to main content” link on every page
  • a page language set to British English, and a consistent page structure with headings and landmarks
  • visible keyboard focus on buttons and links
  • labels on every contact form field
  • animations that are reduced for visitors who ask their device for less motion

Known limitations

  • The site has not been tested with a full range of screen readers and other assistive tools.
  • The bot check on the contact form is provided by Cloudflare, and we don't control how accessible it is. If it doesn't work for you, call or email us instead.
  • Some pages use animation and photography. We are checking colour contrast and image descriptions.

Tell us about a problem

If you can't use part of the site, or need information in another format such as large print or audio, email info@bitssolutions.co.uk or call 0203 011 1190. We aim to reply within 5 working days.

If you aren't happy with our reply

The Equality and Human Rights Commission enforces accessibility requirements in Great Britain. You can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) if you feel your complaint hasn't been dealt with satisfactorily.
