Cookie policy
This site doesn't currently use analytics, advertising pixels, embedded video or chat widgets, so nothing optional is running today. We show a cookie choice so it's in place if we add any of those: nothing optional will load unless you accept, and you can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Here is what the site does use, so you can see where your data goes.
Cloudflare Turnstile
Contact page only
A bot check on the contact form. It loads a script from Cloudflare that checks whether the visitor is a person and returns a one-time token, which we verify when you send the form. Cloudflare says Turnstile processes only the data strictly necessary for this security check and doesn't read what you type into the form. We treat it as strictly necessary for security, so it runs without consent.

When you send the form, your name, email address, phone number, organisation, interest and message are sent to the BITS Group database so we can reply. No cookie is involved.
Blog view counter
Blog posts
Each time a post is opened, a counter for that post goes up by one on the BITS Group database. We don't set a cookie or store anything on your device for this, and the count isn't linked to you.
For how we handle personal data more widely, see our privacy notice. Questions? Email info@bitssolutions.co.uk or visit our contact page.
